South Bay

Steven Moon was born in South Korea and raised in Orange County. He is an extroverted extrovert who loves meeting and connecting with people. Steven felt the calling to be a pastor in high school which led him to attend Biola University to get a B.A. in Christian education and attend Talbot Seminary where he got an M.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies. Steven's heart has always been family focused and loves to see them grow. This led him to have a deep desire to help people know the love of God and tangibly experience it within a Christ-centered community. He met his wife, Christine Moon, while he was on a mission trip overseas in South Korea. They taught at the same Christian school and eventually got married in 2020. He loves all things Korean- Korean BBQ, K-pop, and Korean dramas. Christine and Steven both have the same heart of hospitality and inviting other people to do life together!
